Primmer Languages - Terms And Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all tutors (local and international) who register and teach on the Primmer Language Institute Learning Management System (LMS). By signing up or using the platform, you agree to these terms.
- Tutor Status
- Tutors work with Primmer Language Institute as independent contractors, not as employees.
- Tutors are responsible for their own taxes, visas, work permits, and legal obligations in their country of residence.
- Eligibility
To teach on the LMS, tutors must: - Be at least 18 years old - Have relevant qualifications or proven teaching experience - Provide accurate personal and professional information - Be able to teach online using basic digital tools
Primmer Language Institute reserves the right to approve or reject tutor applications.
- Tutor Responsibilities
Tutors agree to: - Prepare and deliver professional, well-structured lessons - Be punctual and reliable for scheduled classes - Treat all students with respect and professionalism - Adapt lessons to students’ learning needs - Communicate clearly and politely with students and staff
Tutors must not: - Harass, discriminate against, or abuse students or colleagues - Share inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content - Contact students outside approved communication channels without permission
- Use of the LMS Platform
- Tutors must use the LMS only for teaching-related activities.
- Login details must be kept confidential.
- Tutors must not copy, share, or misuse platform materials or student data.
Primmer Language Institute may update, suspend, or restrict access to the LMS when necessary.
- Payments
- Tutor payment rates and methods are communicated separately.
- Payments are made only for completed and approved lessons.
- Tutors are responsible for any bank charges, transfer fees, or currency conversion costs.
- Cancellations and Availability
- Tutors must give reasonable notice if they need to cancel a lesson.
- Repeated lateness or cancellations may lead to suspension or removal from the platform.
- Content and Recordings
- Lesson materials created by tutors are the intellectual property of Primmer Language Institute.
- Primmer Language Institute may record lessons for quality control or training purposes.
- Tutors must not record lessons or share student content without permission.
- Child Protection
- Tutors teaching minors must maintain professional boundaries at all times.
- Any inappropriate behavior toward minors will result in immediate removal and possible legal action.
- Suspension and Termination
Primmer Language Institute may suspend or terminate a tutor account if the tutor: - Violates these Terms and Conditions - Receives repeated negative feedback - Acts in a way that damages the institute’s reputation
Tutors may also stop using the platform by giving notice.
- Changes to the Terms
Primmer Language Institute may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the LMS means acceptance of the updated terms.
- Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
By registering on the LMS, the tutor confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Primmer Language - Refund Policy
Effective Date: September 2011
- Purpose
This Refund Policy governs the circumstances under which payments made to Primmer Languages and Allied Ventures (“we”, “our”, or “us”) via www.primmerlanguages.com may be refunded.
- General Policy
All payments for courses, lessons, or subscriptions made through our Platform are considered final except under the limited circumstances described below.
- Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be approved only in the following cases:
- Technical Failure
- When a paid lesson cannot be completed due to confirmed technical issues caused by the Platform.
- Tutor Absence
- If a tutor fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, and a reschedule cannot be arranged.
- Service Cancellation by Primmer Languages
- If we cancel a program or subscription for reasons beyond your control.
Refund requests will not be granted for:
- Student’s change of mind or scheduling conflict.
- Poor internet connectivity on the student’s side.
- Partial completion of courses.
- Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund, users must:
- Submit a written request to info@primmerlanguages.comwithin 7 days of the incident.
- Provide the transaction ID, account email, and reason for the request.
- Allow 7–21 business daysfor investigation and processing.
If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method only.
- No Cash Refunds
Refunds are processed digitally via the original payment channel. bank transfers are not permitted.
- Platform Credits (Optional)
In certain cases, refunds may be issued as learning credits redeemable for future lessons, at the discretion of the Company.
