Primmer Languages is a language institute dedicated to providing high quality language education, translation, transcription, and interpretation services. We also offer accommodation and study abroad support.

3. Services

3.1 Our Services include, but are not limited to:

3.2 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service at any time without prior notice.

4. Enrollment and Student Obligations

4.1 Students must provide accurate and complete personal information when registering.
4.2 Students agree to comply with all class rules, attendance policies, and codes of conduct.
4.3 Students must not share or distribute any study materials, lesson recordings, or digital content without written permission.
4.4 Any form of misconduct, including disruption of classes, plagiarism, or harassment, may result in suspension or expulsion without refund.

5. Fees, Payments and Refund Policy

5.1 Course and service fees are stated in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise specified.
5.2 Payments must be made in full before the commencement of any class or service unless a written payment plan has been agreed upon.
5.3 Refunds:

  • Withdrawals made at least 7 days before the start date may qualify for a refund (less administrative fees).

  • Withdrawals after the start date are generally non-refundable.

  • Deposits for accommodation, visa, or study abroad support are non-refundable.
    5.4 We are not liable for refunds in cases of force majeure such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government restrictions.
    5.5 All refunds (if approved) will be processed within 30 working days.

6. Schedule Changes and Cancellations

6.1 We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel classes due to insufficient enrollment, tutor unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances.
6.2 In such cases, students may receive a rescheduled class, a credit toward another program, or a refund for the canceled portion of the course.
6.3 Students who fail to attend scheduled sessions without notice forfeit the right to refunds or rescheduling.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All course materials, videos, worksheets, and website content remain the property of Primmer Languages.
7.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use materials solely for personal study.
7.3 Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

Primmer Language - Refund Policy

  1. Purpose

This Refund Policy governs the circumstances under which payments made to Primmer Languages and Allied Ventures (“we”, “our”, or “us”) via www.primmerlanguages.com may be refunded.

All payments for courses, lessons, or subscriptions made through our Platform are considered final except under the limited circumstances described below.

  1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved only in the following cases:

  • When a paid lesson cannot be completed due to confirmed technical issues caused by the Platform.
  1. Tutor Absence
  • If a tutor fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, and a reschedule cannot be arranged.
  1. Service Cancellation by Primmer Languages
  • If we cancel a program or subscription for reasons beyond your control.

Refund requests will not be granted for:

  • Poor internet connectivity on the student’s side.
